Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. wild and brown rice
  • 1/2 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • dash of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage; drain.
  2. Make rice according to instructions on package.
  3. Combine ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  4. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350°.
