Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. salt or less
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Add salt, sugar, and vegetable oil; mix together.
  3. Add eggs and 3 cups of flour; mix well.
  4. Add the remaining 1 cup of flour and knead the dough.
  5. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
  6. Knead again into rolls or shape into bread.
  7. Place in a greased pan and bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  8. Rub butter on top of each roll after baking.
