Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed potato chips
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Spread 1 cup potato chips in a 1-quart greased casserole dish; add eggs.
  3. Blend soup, milk and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over eggs; sprinkle with remaining potato chips.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly. Yield: 6 servings.
