- Spread 1 cup potato chips in a 1-quart greased casserole dish; add eggs.
- Blend soup, milk and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour over eggs; sprinkle with remaining potato chips.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly. Yield: 6 servings.
