Egg 'n' Avocado wrap

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium Avocado
  • 2 large Hard boiled eggs
  • 4 slice sliced cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cucumber sauce
  • 1 Spinach wrap

Instructions

  1. Slice Avocado then scoop out and place down middle of wrap
  2. Slice block cheese to desired thickness (4slices) and lay down on wrap parallel to avocado
  3. Slice each hard boiled egg multiple times then lay it along side the cheese
  4. Now add sauce along side the egg
  5. Fold in the edges closest to the yummy fillings hold while you fold over the first empty side over the filling tucking under the avocado then simply roll over the other empty side
