Ingredients

  • 1 c. shrimp, finely chopped and cooked
  • 1/2 tsp. dill
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise style salad dressing
  • 15 hard-boiled eggs
  • 30 small cooked shrimp

Instructions

  1. For the filling, combine chopped shrimp, dill and garlic powder.
  2. Add enough salad dressing to moisten the mixture.
  3. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks and store for another use.
  5. Generously fill the egg whites with the shrimp mixture.
