Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the sugar in an 8 or 9-inch cake pan; set aside.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients together.
  3. Pour into pan where sugar was melted (be sure pan with sugar is cooled).
  4. Bake double boiler-style with cake pan placed in water.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  6. Turn over after cooled.
