Ingredients

  • 12 large croissants
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 quart half and half
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Break the croissants into bite-size pieces and place them in a buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Blend together half and half, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Pour the custard mixture over the croissant pieces and let sit for 30 minutes to soak.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Bake the pudding for 35 minutes until golden and set.
