Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup fruit (strawberries, mango, mamey, or papaya)
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon wheat germ, if desired (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
  • ground cinnamon, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients except the cinnamon in a blender and serve, garnishing with cinnamon.
