Ingredients

  • 34 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 2 shallow 9-inch pie shells

Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup pecans in each pie crust.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour equal amounts into each pie crust.
  3. Bake at 375F about 50 minutes, or until firm.
