Ingredients

  • 1 qt. warm potato water
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Place in warm area to rise until ready to use to bake with.
  3. Keep 1/2 of the amount for a "start" next time.
  4. Feed with the same ingredients for the next baking.
  5. Each time remember to keep half and use half. Refrigerate.
