Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa
  • 1 c. beer
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, combine sausage and beer.
  2. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, cornstarch, mustard, and horseradish.
  4. Stir the mixture into the sausage in the skillet.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute or until slightly thickened.
