Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 large red or gold beet with tops
  • 1 inch piece of ginger

Instructions

  1. wash and cut produce to fit in juicer
  2. juice wheat grass first to measure 1 oz, if you can't juice wheat grass omit, the grass can't be digested unless juiced.
  3. feed all produce into juicer, mix them up to help blend the juice
  4. mix beet tops in small batches, the carrots and apples will help to grind them better
  5. makes about 24 oz, it's a good sweet everyday juice as the ingredients are easy to store, also makes a nice base to add any other fruit or vegetable you have in the frige
  6. final step, DRINK & ENJOY happy juicing
