Ingredients

  • 4 (5 oz.) potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter Buds
  • 4 tsp. light nondairy creamer
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a 1 1/2-quart size mixing bowl, dissolve water, Butter Buds and creamer; add potatoes.
  2. Using an electric hand mixer, mix on whip speed until fluffy.
