Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs, separated
  • Knox Gelatin
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Large Cool Whip
  • Graham Crackers

Instructions

  1. Dissolve sugar in 1/4 cup milk and add 2 egg yolks; beat. Add 3/4 cup milk and cook in double boiler until spoon is coated. Dissolve 1 envelope gelatin in a little water.
  2. Add this to the custard and cook 1-2 minutes; let cool.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Fold in (do not stir) 1 beaten egg white and the Cool Whip.
  5. Line flat baking dish with graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Place crushed pineapple over crumbs, pour in pudding and cover top with graham cracker crumbs.
