Instructions
- Dissolve sugar in 1/4 cup milk and add 2 egg yolks; beat. Add 3/4 cup milk and cook in double boiler until spoon is coated. Dissolve 1 envelope gelatin in a little water.
- Add this to the custard and cook 1-2 minutes; let cool.
- Add vanilla.
- Fold in (do not stir) 1 beaten egg white and the Cool Whip.
- Line flat baking dish with graham cracker crumbs.
- Place crushed pineapple over crumbs, pour in pudding and cover top with graham cracker crumbs.
