Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter or 1 c. dry roasted peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat cheese until smooth; add sugar and vanilla.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Great with apple wedges.
