Ingredients

  • cake mix
  • creme de menthe
  • Hershey's chocolate fudge topping

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix as directed on the package.
  2. Add creme de menthe to the batter and mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  6. Spread Hershey's chocolate fudge topping evenly over the cooled cake.
  7. Mix 3 tablespoons of creme de menthe into the Cool Whip.
  8. Spread the Cool Whip mixture over the fudge topping.
  9. Refrigerate the cake before serving.
