Ingredients

  • 2 lb cocktail sized wieners
  • 3/4 c bourbon whiskey
  • 1 1/2 c catsup
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp grated onion

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer uncovered for 1 hour.
  2. Add more bourbon if the sauce becomes dry during cooking.
  3. Serve in a chafing dish with picks.
