Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • hamburger meat
  • onion (optional)
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Take potatoes and cut in your way.
  2. Get skillet hot and put hamburger meat, about 1 pound, and add potatoes (onions if you wish).
  3. Fry until done, turn fire down low and cover with lid. Makes a good meal.
