Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 3/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and Bisquick and enough water to make a dry dough.
  2. Knead for about 5 minutes.
  3. Knead into a ball and cover with dry towel for about 10 minutes.
  4. Squeeze balls of dough and knead into flat balls.
  5. Roll with a rolling pin, turning dough so outcome will be round tortillas.
  6. Place on griddle or frying pan heated at medium heat.
  7. Check in 3 or 4 minutes and turn if ready. When done, place cooked tortilla on towel to cool slightly.
