Instructions
- Combine flour and Bisquick and enough water to make a dry dough.
- Knead for about 5 minutes.
- Knead into a ball and cover with dry towel for about 10 minutes.
- Squeeze balls of dough and knead into flat balls.
- Roll with a rolling pin, turning dough so outcome will be round tortillas.
- Place on griddle or frying pan heated at medium heat.
- Check in 3 or 4 minutes and turn if ready. When done, place cooked tortilla on towel to cool slightly.
