Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 3 cups cornflakes
  • 6 ounces crunchy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan or electric skillet. Cover and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat or turn off the electric skillet.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Add the cornflakes and stir until all are coated with the syrup mixture.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool before serving.
