Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pkg. wonton wrappers
  • 2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together dried marjoram or oregano, dried thyme, and onion powder to create the herb seasoning.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Fill a small bowl with cold water.
  3. Add 4 wonton skins to the boiling water at a time.
  4. After 20 seconds, remove the wonton skins and add them to the cold water to cool.
  5. Arrange the cooled wonton skins on a clean towel to drain and dry.
