Ingredients

  • 1 quart strawberries, sliced
  • 1 small package sugar-free vanilla pie pudding (not instant)

Instructions

  1. Arrange slices of strawberries in a pie plate.
  2. Mix together the vanilla pudding and jello mixes in a pan.
  3. Pour 1 1/4 cups of cold water into the pan and bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the jello mixture over the strawberries.
  6. Chill the pie until set before serving.
