Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint
  • 1 tablespoon sumac
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in lidded jar and shake well. Serve immediately or allow flavors to meld in the refrigerator overnight.
