Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 rounded Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 pie shell (unbaked)

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in large bowl.
  2. Add sugar, flour and salt.
  3. Boil the milk and then add to the egg mixture.
  4. Put into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400° for 15 minutes and then at 325° for another 15 minutes or until knife comes out clear.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
