Ingredients

  • 2 (4-ounce) packages crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives or pitted ripe olives
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients. Chill, if desired.
