Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and ginger sherry or chopped ginger in a bowl.
- Put chicken parts in a plastic storage bag.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken in the bag.
- Squeeze all the air out of the bag and seal.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Bake the chicken as usual, pouring remaining sauce over the chicken before serving.
