Filled Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 each Eggs
  • 1 slice Smoked salmon
  • 1 each Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt some butter in a skillet
  2. Whisk the eggs
  3. Cut the cheese and salmon as desired
  4. Put the eggs in the skillet and make an omelette
  5. Put the omelette on a plate and cover half of it with the salmon and cheese
  6. Fold in two
