Ingredients

  • 2 x 32 oz. jars Sliced dill pickles
  • 4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Dry red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 4 Dried whole red peppers

Instructions

  1. Drain the pickles. To the pickle juice, add sugar, tabasco and red pepper flakes. Stir and sit for 2 hours. Stir occasionally, pour back into original jars and refrigerate.
  2. Add 1 clove of garlic and 2 whole peppers to each jar.
