Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings, cut at each joint
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 10 oz can Old El Paso enchilada sauce
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup finely chopped pickled jalapenos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, fry chicken wing pieces in vegetable oil until slightly brown.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and place on paper towels to drain.
  4. In a bowl, combine enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, and chopped pickled jalapenos.
  5. Toss the fried chicken wings in the sauce mixture.
  6. Arrange coated wings on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
