Ingredients

  • corned beef hash
  • hot fat
  • mustard
  • chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Slide out contents of corned beef hash.
  2. Cut into 5 slices. Fry in hot fat in heavy skillet over hot coals.
  3. Serve on toasted buns with mustard or chili sauce.
  4. Accompany with fresh onions and steaming mugs of coffee.
