Ingredients

  • 1 c. soup macaronis (San Giorgio acini de pepe)
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drain and reserve juice
  • 1 to 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 2/3 c. pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Make a pudding of flour, sugar, pineapple juice, salt and eggs. Heat until thickened; cool.
  2. Mix soup macaronis, fruit, pudding and Cool Whip together.
  3. Chill.
