Fish Fillet Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fillet of sole fish
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. cut up mild cheese
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Butter a Pyrex dish.
  2. Place fish side by side and spread soup evenly over the top.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over it, pepper and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
  4. Fillet of haddock or halibut can be used if you wish.
  5. Serves 4.
