Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 c. Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 cans (7 oz. each) tuna or salmon, drained and flaked

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute.
  2. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Blend in sour cream and Thousand Island dressing.
  4. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  5. Turn into 6 cup mold or bowl; chill until firm.
  6. Serve with crackers.
