Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 cup graham crumbs
  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 small can Angel Flake coconut
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
  2. Press graham crumbs into the melted margarine.
  3. Cook in microwave oven on High for 1 minute.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate morsels, coconut, and chopped pecans over the graham cracker layer.
  5. Pour condensed milk evenly over all the ingredients.
  6. Cook in microwave on High for approximately 6 to 8 minutes, or until bubbling all over the surface.
  7. Cool the dish and then cut into 1-inch bars.
  8. Do not refrigerate. You can freeze these bars for later storage.
