Ingredients

  • 19 ounces black beans or 19 ounces navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 12 cup fat free ranch dressing
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until desired consistency.
  3. Lental Dip: Use lentals instead of beans.
  4. Use 1 tespoon curry powder instead of 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
