Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Instant Yeast
  • 1 cup Very Warm Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Dissolve yeast with water.
  3. Add oil, salt and sugar.
  4. Mix in flour until a soft dough ball forms.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Pat into a greased pizza pan and add desired toppings.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bottom of crust is golden brown.
