Flamingo Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. or more to taste vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut cabbage in half, then cut each half in fourths.
  2. Steam cabbage in small amount of water.
  3. Add cranberries in spoonfuls and mix lightly.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar and stir.
  5. Cook until soft (about 10 minutes), stirring twice.
  6. Recipe may be halved easily.
