Flamingo Cabbage

Instructions
- Cut cabbage in half, then cut each half in fourths.
- Steam cabbage in small amount of water.
- Add cranberries in spoonfuls and mix lightly.
- Add 2 tablespoons vinegar and stir.
- Cook until soft (about 10 minutes), stirring twice.
- Recipe may be halved easily.
