  • 8 oz. boiling water
  • 2 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil 8 oz. of water and steep 3 or 4 catnip leaves for approximately 1 minute.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar to the tea.
  3. Stir well and serve hot.
