Ingredients

  • 5 pounds sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons whole peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon juniper berries dried
  • 1 bay leaf dried, crumbled

Instructions

  1. NOTE: This is for 25 lb s of any kind of meat.
  2. Mix well then crush or pound in a mortar and use as Salt in brines or for dry Salting.
