Flounder Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pkg. frozen fillet flounder
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 40 crumbled Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Thaw flounder in oven.
  2. Line bottom of casserole with flounder and smooth shrimp soup on top.
  3. Melt margarine, adding a dash of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to taste and pour over crackers. Put this mixture on top of soup mixture.
  4. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
