Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 3/4 c. warm water
  • 1 envelope yeast
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. coarse salt

Instructions

  1. Combine salt, flour and rosemary.
  2. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil.
  4. Combine the wet mixture with the dry (salt, flour, rosemary) mixture using a spatula.
  5. Stir until evenly moist and beat vigorously for 1 minute.
  6. Cover for 1 hour.
