Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. dry flavored gelatin powder
  • 4 c. sliced fresh fruit
  • 9-inch baked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute or until clear.
  3. Stir in dry flavored gelatin powder and allow the syrup to cool.
  4. Place sliced fresh fruit in the baked pie shell.
  5. Pour the cooled gelatin syrup over the fruit.
  6. Chill the pie for 2 hours before serving.
