Instructions
- Add milk gradually to flour and stir until smooth.
- Cook in double boiler.
- Stir constantly until thick.
- Cook mixture.
- Keep covered and stir occasionally to avoid lumps.
- When creamed, add cooled flour and milk mixture on slow speed.
- When blended, beat for 15 minutes at medium speed.
- Add flavoring as desired.
- Use on Red Velvet cake or any cake.
