Ingredients

  • 8 ears fresh corn
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the corn off the cob and scrape the cobs to extract extra juices.
  2. Boil the corn until tender, then drain most of the water.
  3. Add butter, salt, and pepper to the corn.
  4. In a cup, combine water and cornstarch until smooth.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture to the corn and cook on low heat until it becomes creamy.
