Instructions
- Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Combine eggs, oil and milk in a small bowl.
- Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture. Knead until dough forms a smooth ball. Roll dough out thinly and cut into desired shapes.
- Drop pasta into boiling salted water. Cook until al dente.
- Fresh pasta cooks much quicker than dry pasta.
