Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Combine eggs, oil and milk in a small bowl.
  2. Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture. Knead until dough forms a smooth ball. Roll dough out thinly and cut into desired shapes.
  3. Drop pasta into boiling salted water. Cook until al dente.
  4. Fresh pasta cooks much quicker than dry pasta.
