Ingredients

  • 1 small pineapple (about 1 3/4 lbs), peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 3 None passion fruits, pulp scooped out
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut, lightly toasted

Instructions

  1. Divide pineapple among 4 serving dishes. Top with with passion fruit pulp.
  2. Drizzle with rum and sprinkle with coconut.
