Fried Apple Pie Crust

Instructions
- Mix flour and Crisco, then sugar.
- Beat eggs; add to cream and mix well.
- Mix egg mixture with flour mixture.
- Chill overnight or at least 3 hours.
- Prepare filling.
- Pinch off enough dough to roll out (a little larger than saucer), put filling on 1/2 of crust. Wet edge and fold over other half and press edge together with fork.
- Slit top to release air, fry in hot Crisco or oil.
- Drain on paper towel.
