Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • buttermilk
  • flour
  • boneless chicken breast

Instructions

  1. Cover chicken breast with buttermilk; let stand for 2 hours. Batter with flour, garlic salt, sprinkle of lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Oven fry until desired brown.
