Fried Fish Yummies

Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. yellow corn meal
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large fish (6 to 8 lb.)

Instructions

  1. Clean
  2. and
  3. fillet
  4. fish;
  5. cut strips into small pieces about the size of scallops.
  6. Mix flour, corn meal and salt and pepper in bowl.
  7. Measure
  8. milk
  9. into
  10. a bowl.
  11. First dip fish into
  12. milk, then eggs, then cornmeal/flour mixture.
  13. Drop into hot grease
  14. and deep fry until done.
  15. Drain fish. Serve with cocktail sauce and munch out!
