Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice, uncooked
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole.
  3. Cover and bake 1 hour.
